Experience Designer

I’m a Service and Experience Designer based in Dubai, working across the UAE and KSA on complex, people-centred transformation projects.

My background is in graphic design, but my work today focuses on service design and CX strategy, helping organisations understand how their services actually function and how they can be improved. I specialise in research, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and implementation planning, translating insights into clear, actionable outcomes.

I work closely with public and semi-government clients to redesign services that are practical, scalable, and sustainable. I’m particularly interested in the link between customer experience, operations, and decision-making, and in turning complexity into clarity.

I design services that are meant to work, not just look good.
